Our Services

We work with private equity portfolio leadership and companies in capacities including: individualized development, team-level analyses, hiring selection, and custom projects. Below is more information on each type of engagement. 


Individualized development. We work with individual leaders to increase understanding of their personality strengths and potential challenge areas. The analysis is contextualized around the specific responsibilities and challenges in their current position. Individual sessions can be offered on an as-needed basis, or as part of an ongoing longer term relationship. 


Team-level analysis. We work with teams to both deepen their own understanding of their individual personality strengths and barriers to successful leadership, as well as group dynamics. Analysis focuses on points of synergy among team members' personalities to leverage, areas of potential friction to problem-solve around, and untapped resources of synergy at the group level.


Hiring Selection and Recruitment. Assessments can be used to identify strengths of potential hires and/or used to tailor recruitment to a leader's unique priorities. A team-based approach looks at current group dynamics within the organization and strengths/challenges for the team to offer insight into the desired energy for a new hire, potential challenge areas for an incoming leader, and how to most seamlessly integrate a new hire into an existing team.


Custom Projects. Other projects are tailored to specific needs, challenges, or areas for growth for the company (e.g., reorganization of an existing leadership structure, company-level reorganization if groups are expanding, splitting, or being merged, increased compatibility and collaboration between specific executive leaders or teams, maximizing partner-investor relations, maximizing resources and energy expenditure of operating partners into those problems with the most need.)
